The staff were remarkable, very pleasant, helpful with information, readily available to assist with any query and they respect your space. The rooms are spacious and clean - for the price you pay, it is real value for money. I liked its proximity to the metro, supermarket, restaurants. It felt like home away from home as I was there for weeks.

This hotel boasts a convenient location between two metro stations, Al Rigga and Union Station, which makes it easy to explore Deira city attractions and find a taxi. There are shops nearby, even though some may be closed. The room attendants provide excellent service and the cleanliness reaches high standards. The breakfast may not be the most varied, but it is adequate for average requirements. The rooftop pool is clean and well-maintained.

Some guests have reported that the hotel furniture and bedding may not be in the best condition.

I keep returning to this amazing place because it feels like home. The staff went above and beyond by offering a hot drink. With Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, an outdoor pool, and more, it's perfect for me. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

The room at Lavender Hotel Deira was just what I needed after a long day. The balcony had breathtaking views, and the deep soaking bathtub was pure luxury. The seating area and minibar made it feel like a home away from home.

For me, the rainfall showerhead was a bit too intense.

Poor service, had to make multiple calls for TV and amenities issues. Slow response time to fix maintenance issues like a blocked sink.

We loved this hotel! It has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the friendly and helpful staff to the great breakfast selection, we couldn't have asked for more. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to all amenities such as restaurants, malls and shops. Using the metro, we were able to easily explore other parts of the city as well. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided.

Not obvious to find, but once we found it, we were very happy with our choice.

Free parking but good luck finding a spot. Breakfast with freshly-brewed coffee, if you like lukewarm water disguised as coffee. Indoor pool and sauna for a bit of a swim and a sweat. Complimentary Wi-Fi, if you enjoy intermittent connection and slow speeds. Ha!

I recently discovered this hotel while searching for a place to stay in the bustling city of Dubai. Let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations in every way! the location is fantastic. Situated in a good neighborhood and just a stone's throw away from the Union Metro station, getting around the city was a breeze. The hotel itself is well-maintained and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean, complete with all the basic amenities one could ask for. I especially appreciated the nice bathroom and the comfortable beds. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, which was included in the price. It definitely started my day off on the right foot.

All in all, it was a fantastic stay and I couldn't find fault with anything.
